Submit cards for grading
Log each card on its own line — the same format you'd write on a paper submission sheet. You'll get one status link for the whole submission: no account, no password, nothing to check in spam. You don't pay until your grades pop — we invoice when the cards come back.

SlabPilot in its own words on grading statuses: "Grading companies don't push live statuses into the platform today, so updates are recorded by you." Subby tracks grading submissions only and offers no exports. Neither incumbent does consignment at all.
Status links in this demo
Each customer gets one private link per submission — no login. These are the links currently live:
Needs attention
The system watches the clock and the checklist so the shop doesn't have to: submissions past their grader's window, and cards checked in without an intake photo.
Customer balances — grading + consignment, one number
The ledger shops keep by hand: what a customer owes for grading, netted against what the shop owes them for consignment. Positive = the shop owes them.
Batch board — grading submissions
Every open submission by stage. One click advances a batch — in the live product that click also emails every customer on the batch. Grades and cert numbers fill in when a batch reaches “Grades in” (the shop keys them in as the batch advances; this demo auto-fills sample grades so the flow can be judged end to end). One board for every grader — PSA, CGC, SGC and BGS side by side.
Consignment — sold prices & instant payouts
Enter the sold price and the consignor's payout computes instantly from the tier table below — per item, never on the order total: payout = sold price × tier % − $0.99 listing fee − deductions. eBay fees are ours; they're already inside the %.
Tier table (this shop's published rates — editable)
Worked examples from real published tables, for checking: $7.00 × 80% − $0.99 = $4.61 · $200.00 × 87% − $0.99 = $173.01 · $2,500.00 × 96% − $0.99 = $2,399.01. Rail fees (PayPal 3%, check $10, ACH $5, Zelle free) are charged once per payout, never per item.
Service levels & rates — what the intake picker charges
These are the shop's own published rates: the customer picks a grader + level at intake, and the stalled-batch clock on the board runs against each level's window in business days. Edit them here — no rebuild, no support ticket.
Run payouts — Wednesday batch
Everything sold and unpaid, grouped by consignor, with a statement per customer and the run total. Executing the run marks every line paid and posts the statements to each customer's status page. Every statement exports to CSV, and the whole run previews as a QuickBooks-ready journal.
Import from your spreadsheet
Your old sheet isn't the enemy — it's the starting point. Paste it (or keep the example), map the columns once, and the rows land as live consignment items.
Your brand, your portal
Customers see your shop's name and colour on every page — never ours.
Notifications & activity
Every customer notification this demo "sends" — in the live product these are the emails (and Discord posts) that replace the "any update?" chase.
